Farm General Information
The farm area sits over a Rolling Hill Valley at 131 to 656 feet above sea level through which runs a river and many small streams, which provides all necessary water resourses for the farm. The location counts with a tropical and humid climate, which coupled with a clay loam soil tipe and the perfect height above sea level is ideal for growing a high yield Robusta Coffee (50qq per hectare) or for developing a Cocoa Plantation or other agricultural Ventures like Aguacato, papaya and mango etc.
The farm has 15 hectares of virgin forest.
In the Farm we have an assortment of native trees that can yield aproximately One Million square feet of timber that can be sold or used for the construction of fine furniture. The variety of trees found in the Farm are Laurel, Mountain Almond, (Kumarú), Nispero, Zaptero, Ceder, Bateo, Guayacanes and Teak.
There is an abundant biodiversity of Wildlife.
It has a Simple 5-bedroom house located inside the farm.
